These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and zcgame. Each natural person may register a maximum of one (1) account on the zcgame platform. KYC Note: Withdrawal functionality is not enabled on a zcgame account until KYC verification is successfully completed. You will be required to submit government-issued identification and may be required to provide proof of address and proof of payment method ownership before any withdrawal is processed.
Obligations relating to your zcgame login credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zcgame login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

How funds move in and out of your zcgame account
zcgame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in PKR. zcgame does not charge platform-side currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independent of zcgame.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly in normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within the same business day. zcgame reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timelines published on the zcgame platform at the time of request. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete on the requesting account. zcgame reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may result in additional processing time. Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they have reached the "processing" status in your account.
Important: zcgame will only process withdrawals to payment methods registered in the same name as the zcgame account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited as a money-laundering prevention measure. Attempting to withdraw to a third-party method will result in the withdrawal being declined and the matter referred for investigation.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply on the zcgame platform and vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed on the cashier page within your authenticated zcgame account. zcgame reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with or without prior notice.
Rules governing all zcgame promotions and bonus credits

All bonuses credited to zcgame accounts carry an expiry date as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been successfully converted by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the account balance without notice or compensation.

zcgame's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your zcgame account in the three (3) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zcgame holds its operating licence.
